Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Femastic. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our practices regarding returns and refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. If the product is confirmed functional upon receipt, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds without reason. Should a return or exchange be approved, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Please note that if an incorrect address is provided or if the recipient refuses to pay the required customs fees and chooses to abandon the package, resulting in unsuccessful delivery, we will deduct the costs of shipping (both to and from the destination) as well as any applicable taxes from the refund once we receive the returned package.
Special Cancellation Conditions:
- If the order is in the pre-shipment stage and is canceled within 3 business days after business hours, we will charge a 20% handling fee.
- If the order has been shipped and needs to be canceled, we will deduct shipping costs, taxes, employee costs, and administrative expenses. Refunds will be processed without further notice.
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@femastic.com.
Returns must be sent to our designated address, which will be provided upon your return request.
We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products).
We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
